    As described (new), fast dispatch, good communication. HOWEVER, it was a miracle that these arrived by courier undamaged as the cases were very loose (no packing or bubblewrap protection) inside the box, which had clearly been crushed/dropped in transit. A little more care packing would have been appreciated. :(

    25 single CD Jewel Case with black tray. As ever delivery was by courier and pretty quick. Wrapped very well in bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard box. No breakages or any damage.     This Fdbck NOT meant 2b + All sellers items listed as "Free 3 Day delivery" They do NOT use this service They send 5 Day my order was paid for 6 jun. therefore would have arrived 9 jun. Nope. Sent Yodel. (2nd worst in UK) imo. chased yodel by chat on 9 jun, said package was at my local depot. Representative said not out for delivery, no status except for delivery by 13 jun ! would not progress it for me. eBay msgd seller, that did nothing. got pckg 11 jun , photo shows state of box.

    These replacement cases were really good value for a box 50. They did take quite a long time to arrive, longer than expected, but I wasn't in a mad rush. These are Xbox One cases that don't include the "Xbox One" logo on the top of the case. However, the seller made me aware of this before sending the parcel and asked if it was okay. It didn't bother me and they're identical in every other way. They look great and are good quality. Really great packaging too. I'd recommend this seller.
