    Item accurately described; Excellent packaging!! Seller was thoughtful in using bubblewrap during packaging!! Nonetheless, the item unfortunately still arrived damaged. I messaged the seller with pics of the broken item and explained how I found it broken as I unwrapped it. Within a matter of a few hours of me sending that message, I was notified that I was receiving the complete refund!! No rebuttal, no excuses... just the full refund...that is superb customer service!! Many thanks!!
