  A wonderful day . I've always loved to buy my things from eBay and your organization had been great but what happened today wasn't my expectation from an organization I have held so much in high esteem could suddenly give me a negative impression....on the 12th of April I paid for a new blender and not used (silver crest) money was accepted and by afternoon 13th April I received it - surprisingly the blender's base was damaged -it was not given to in a good condition - what do I do now thanks
