  Arrived well packed, quickly, new condition but missing a small component: seller then invited retaining the item with a 50% refund, which I was happy to accept. The missing part took a little while I found something at home which replaced it. The item now works well. All in all, the extra time wasn't important and the seller handled the situation well.

  Solar lights arrived as stated and packed in a small cardboard box, on opening I tried each of the lights, one did not work. The 3 that worked were very bight pleased with them. After "charging" for a day the light still didn't work. I contacted seller for a replacement. They said the lights had been in storage for some time and could take up to 4 days to charge. After 4 days nothing -again asked for a replacement. Seller said the would refund me for 1 light, which they did
