    They sent the wrong colour item. I asked for a partial refund. They offered a minimal offer refund instead which I decided against. I then decided to return the item but I am currently on crutches & not able to carry a light big bulky box on public transport. They said their courier would pick the item up from my house, but on numerous occasions when I asked how to go about this, all they kept providing me with was the normal returns address. So the item wasn't going to be collected.
