    The seller dispatched very quickly. However, the carrier was very slow. It arrived completely dismantled, in two very large boxes, so "Some Assembly was required". It was thoroughly packed and there was no danger of it being damaged in transit, and it arrived in full working order, after I had reassembled everything. But a huge plus was that all the disk caddies were included. It was great value for money and I am very pleased with it.

    Transaction: 10075992097721. I selected a click and collect option at purchase. Item arrived (computer monitor) but without stand so I'm not currently able to use it. The monitor stand was pictured on the Ebay listing but not included in box - so item not as advertised. Its difficult to know if this is a problem with the seller or with the delivery service. Seller doesn't appear to be contactable (over the Ebay system) to raise the issue, so I have to use this route to try to get in touch.

    UPDATE: The issue seems to have been caused by the way the Click and Collect service works when a delivery is split into two or more parts. The Seller tried a number of times over several days to provide the stand - and eventually succeeded by delivering it directly to me. So a five star rating for the multiple attempts to to fulfil the order - with eventual success. A happy customer - and a recommendation for the seller. The Ebay system doesn't allow me to change the 'star' rating though.
