  Very happy with outcome. My item was lost in the post so I messaged the seller. They arranged another one straight away and delivery of the second parcel was very quick. Customer service was excellent. The item itself was exactly as described and in new condition in original packaging. I'm looking forward to trying it.   Disgraceful service. Item was "delayed by royal mail for over a week(allegedly) after asking where my items where. Got told will resend and will be with u 2-3,days another week later still nothing and no reply to emails. I don't if i can help it give negative feedback but has still had nothing resolved and my purchase was nearly 20 days ago. I have no hair for the product to attach to it's been that long
