The appearance matched the description, they were exactly what I had paid for. The appearance of the package when it arrived was in perfect condition and well wrapped ensuring animal welfare. The company was amazing and sent me a message to let me know when the isopods were going to be dispatched and their reasoning (animal welfare) . Will use again.

    Well packaged, quick delivery and communication with the seller. They’re all alive and well. My only issue is I brought 30 dairy cow and 30 orange with the intention of putting them in separate containers but they have all arrived in the same tub but on the sellers photo they look separate so be wary of that. I’ve ordered these previously and they were packaged separately. Would recommend and will definitely buy again.

    Wonderful seller and wonderful mail! Very happy to open a well/safely packaged tub of mainly bigger size woodlice as described. All healthy and active. Some are mama's/expecting, so will have some babies very soon yayy. They have settled into their established enclosure very well with their other isopod friends.
