  I was told the item delivery would be late but on the day it was supposed to arrive it still didn’t arrive and I was told to be patient when I messaged. Item still not arrived.   No issues with the seller or product. Only issue is the courier and expected delivery date. Bought this cage because it stated it be delivered in time for when our new parrot arrived. It arrived 3 days late so I had to make a 60 mile round trip to buy a cage. I contacted the seller who said refuse the delivery and when it’s returned I can get a refund. Unfortunately my neighbour accepted the delivery as I was out. However, the cage is big. Very big. On wheels and very well built. Worth the £££

  Lovely item that looks and feels exactly as advertised. The seller is super nice to deal with too, and is quick to respond to questions. The only part of this buying experience that was not good was dealing with the delivery company who left the item in the lobby of my building, leaving me to deal with getting up the stairs. Not very nice. The delivery company, XDP, cannot be contacted as their emails and text messages are 'no reply' and their app crashes every few seconds.
