    Although I initially encountered an issue with the item and the conditions under which it was shipped, the seller reached out to me and offered a partial refund.     Hi shipping for $1.63 to the USA doesn't exist We have to pay a broker to carry the mail to the border and then it it is dropped at customs Actual cost os $3.75 for us as a customer of the broker.
