    A fairly shabby experience with this seller. I ordered a number of items of which all were delivered incomplete. I informed straight away to be given an apology to say they were out of stock. A partial refund was offered but nothing more on this from the seller so I went through the returns process. Lots of backwards and forwards but it is clear this seller is very savvy on the eBay processes. After several weeks I have now received a refund but avoid this seller as they do not have the stock

    List items they don't stock. They raise a tracking number for a ' tracking consignment ' which is simply a ruse. I required these two shower tray covers urgently for the installation of a double shower wet room. My e-mails regarding my missing order went ignored. After two plumber cancellations and 11 days payment later I was nonchalantly informed they didn't have the items in stock, they're refunding me and may take up to 10 days until I'm reimbursed. A complete waste of 3 weeks

    HI sandy-polar-honey We shipped your order on schedule; the carrier kept telling us it was still moving. When they finally admitted it was lost, we refunded you at once—banks may take up to 10 working days to release the money. Our support hours are 9 am–5 pm Mon–Fri, so weekend messages are handled the next working day. We’re sorry for the hassle and are tightening our carrier checks to stop this happening again. — Ultra Finishing Clearance
