    The Perfume Brands resolved the problem, which wasn’t their fault. The error was made by DPD as they swapped the orders. The item seller sent to me had gone to another customer while I received someone else’s parcel. The buyer issued me with a full refund and is now investigating the incident with DPD.

    As the buyer said... We detected an issue with DPD who delivered our package to an unknown person while delivering somebody else's package to our customer from another company. We gave the buyer a full refund and we are in the process of investigating this weird incident.
