  My items never arrived because the seller never posted them, i requested a refund and the items were back up for sale in the shop with the price increased, total waste of my time.

As soon as you informed us that the item hadn't arrived, we immediately processed your refund to resolve the issue. Regarding the price increase, it was due to end of sale event in our shop, and not intended to inconvenience any of our customers. I appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in future.

  I purchased this folder and the seller didnt pay sufficient postage, I was charged £3.50 to receive it. I contacted them to see if they could explain and was hoping they would reimburse me, unfortunately they haven't responded. I wouldn't purchase from this seller unless you want to pay postage after they say 'free postage'.
