    Fast shipping, and item was new as described. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did a terrible job remastering/producing the dvds and the picture and sound quality were terrible. I requested a return and was quickly issued a return label and given an assurance the refund would be issued promptly, which it was. I greatly appreciate the good communication from the seller!     Very happy with these 4 seasons of the Chosen on blu ray. Quick shipping, and packaged very well in a protected cardboard box. Everything arrived in excellent condition - no damage and fully wrapped and protected. Great value for all 4 seasons. Could have watched these online off course, but we just prefer to have physical media, especially in blu ray quality. Great seller.
