  seller sent pants that were unraveled in 2 rows of stitching & not disclosed in description, offered me no resolution despite my messages asking to pay for return or perhaps offer discount, then got return label after speaking to ebay & they said seller would have to pay for return &then tracking showed "moved, left no address" and the package was coming back to me. He also talked about resolving off line, which I told him that was not in keeping with ebay policy. Ebay issued refund to me.
