  The seller is very cooperative, and the shipment was exactly as described, it arrived to me in the box and factory packaging, no additional packaging or protection. Unfortunately, it was a very stressful experience with USPS - International Shipping which took about a month to deliver the shipment, I purchased the item on January 13, USPS has not updated the shipment status since January 27, which may be due to loss, damage or theft of the shipment.   Order was shipped promptly, but the packaging was a little scary: the CommProc box was just free-floating in the shipping box, while the actual console was tightly packed in-place. Both items arrived in excellent condition nonetheless, and so that's what ultimately matters for the typical collector.
