Product was brand new. Comes kind of stiff and weird looking out the package but if it time to settle onto the dash and tuck it in behind your windshield a bit where you can and it will lay properly. Also comes with a strip of Velcro you can cut into pieces for you to fasten down areas you may want to secure. Shipping was delayed but the seller answered promptly when notified of the delay. They were quick to get the issue resolved. I’m happy with the product and the seller.

I didn't receive what was advertised. Contacted the seller and they told me they changed the pattern and didn't change the picture. It would seem like they would change the picture before selling the changed dash mat. They offered a refund after I returned it and they didn't offer to pay for shipping. It's a Christmas present I wouldn't have time to send it and wait for my refund. They did offer me a $5 credit. I declined because the 2008-12 ford escape mat changed pattern.
