    Fast shipping, perfectly packaged, everything as described. It had a great value and seller respond within reasonable time to messages. It’s a great seller. If you are located in the U States, be aware of real big fees from customs when your package comes. And get ready to spend two hours with the shipping company to get that paid. But none of that takes that it was all worth it.

    The bike was listed as a 2024 model. The frame does not appear to be from 2024. Everything else, including the Ultegra Di2 groupset and overall condition, matched the listing accurately. Shipping cost is reasonable. The shipping time was impressively fast. The packaging was exceptional, very secure and well-protected. I’m satisfied with the purchase despite the frame year discrepancy. Good listed value, beware of high duties/taxes(US buyer). I’d recommend this seller.

    Description was thorough and to the point. The shipping process was the best I have ever dealt with! They sent me tracking updates through eBay messages all throughout the shipping process. I paid the customs to UPS the moment I saw the message from them and the package arrived smoothly and with no issues! Super secure packaging as well! One caveat: they shipped using UPS when the listing said FedEx. This was better for me as I prefer UPS, but it may be good to be upfront about this.

    Great item and seller communication, but UK buyers take note Very happy with the item – it arrived well packed and exactly as described. Communication with the seller was excellent throughout. The only issue was that the parcel was held in UK customs for nearly a month due to a missing commodity code, which delayed delivery.     Item was exactly as described and were shipped and arrived to the US from Japan insanely fast. Packaging was minimal but perfectly executed to keep shipping costs down but protect the item. Items were priced very competively. With the free shipping from Japan I expected it to take a week or two at least but it arrived in 4 days. Great service.

    Echoing what many reviewers have said about this Seller, the shipping time was remarkably fast considering it came from Japan (took 3 days). The handlebars were well packed and as advertised - in pristine condition, better than even expected. Overall, an excellent transaction. Would not hestitate to purchase from this Seller again.
