THANK YOU!I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT OWNERS MANUAL TODAY. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE ITEM , ITS THE SELLER. I EMAILED HIM AFTER THE ITEM ARRIVED & TOLD HIM THAT A NUMBER OF PAGES IN THE INDEX WERE MISSING. This is the second of two manuals I bought for my 'new-ish' (used but new to me) minivan, one for the safe and one for the vehicle--this one went into my glove box for reference. The seller was very honest and accurate about the book's description, and it got here fast--I think the seller sent it out the same day I ordered it. Great price compared to other sellers, too.
