  Not exactly as advertised. No anti slip surface grooves as shown in the description and not the same profile as pictured. However for the price it’s not worth complaining! Delivery pretty quick, but not packaged adequately as the outer packing was torn on receipt due to the weight of the item. No damage incurred tho….

He said my original tap was OK, it was the o ring on the flexible pipe. He fitted a new pipe. I started a return on Ebay, everything went much better than expected. Refund recieved two days later.
