This was a good item at a good price. He shipped it fast. Unfortunately, it had a rough ride here and was damaged in shipment. This is where you find out what kind of seller you are dealing with. He immediately refunded my full amount including shipping. I was told me to toss the damaged item as it wasn't worth shipping back. He stood behind his product. I would definitely purchase from this individual again with confidence.

Shoes arrived and in good condition except for a bottom sole crack/tear. Shoe will need resoling. One listing photo included a non-closeup pic of the bottom sole-the imperfection was not referenced in the shoe description. Buyer did not notice the sole imperfection until receipt of the shoe. Buyer emailed seller requesting price adjustment and referenced cheaper, similar shoe listings. Seller responded with, “You knew this when you bought the shoe already discounted. Please return. Thanks.”

Glad shoes arrived in good condition except for the issue buyer was aware of. Buyer sent a message acknowledging the sole issue followed by an offer lower than the listing price which I imagine he would fix the shoe with the money buyer saved on the purchase. Buyer sent message "Bottom sole of one shoe needs resoling-see picture….what about a reasonable discount for the resoling to avoid the return"I replied with “You knew this when you bought the shoe already discounted. Please return. Thanks"
