    This was a nice experience-I ordered the sculpture at a very good price, but it arrived broken being damaged in transit. Having contacted the seller, she refunded the item with no fuss and within 24H. I would sincerely say this was one of the nicest sellers and best customer service I have experienced on the site. My fault that I forgot our anniversary and had to pay another £30 to get it from another website!!

    Just received my item and it is beautiful, exactly as described. There was a small issue of delivery due to stocking issues but the seller messaged me and offered me a refund if I could not wait for the item to be back in stock, but as it is a Christmas present I was able to wait, I only had to wait another couple of days.
