Where do I start. Honestly did not want to be this person and wanted to be able to leave a gleaming review however unfortunately I am no able to do this on this occasion - Seller advised that this item was in stock and would leave them by the Tues the following week. No communication about if it had left or not so messaged ot was then not going to be shipped until the Monday next week Monday came nothing again...he then advised it would be posted by the weekend...nothing (Fake tracking number)

Unfortunately we had a delay with DPD collecting the Selfie Pod. I explained this to craig but he decided he would not wait and longer and requested a refund? A refund was given? Not sure what else I could do? the product is hand made to order, delays can happen that are outside of my control?
