    It had nothing to do with the seller, I've already informed them that they are completely blameless. I also mentioned to them that I was really really pleased with the item I received, it looked brand new. The whole problem was with the incompetence of my local Royal Mail. Three times they delivered to the wrong address. I eventually had to drive to the depot and pick the parcel up myself, ( this after waiting almost 2 weeks ). All's well now however so no more to be said.
