Im disappointed with this for 2 reasons. 1, I chose this seller over others because they said they used Royal Mail, so I was happy to pay the postage. Then I got a notifacation that the item was out for delivery with Yodel. Often things coming by couriers to our building get stolen. Lucklily I got the item but - 2, When I opened the delivery packet I found the product was open at the bottom and 3 of the 30 ballons were missing, so it cant be new. So overall I didnt get 100% what I paid for.
