    Absolute rubbish quality. Took a month to get the order right, and when it arrived its unfit for use. Poor communication. I kept having to chase the order, but they are very quick to chase payment if you need artwork done. But I wouldn't bother with that either! Waste of time. I now have to find another company to do it properly.

    Its a pity that it is the customer's own artwork, their own background colour, and their logo and a mockup preview was shown and they pre-approved. finally the product was custom- produced. The customer did not have print-ready design for us to produce, we still helped them lay the design setup and provide a mockup preview too for a nominal fee. There were also more adiitions made which were again incorporated and we reproduced a second flag with new design for free, as a goodwill gesture.
