12L Instant Gas Hot Water Heater The water heater arrived in perfect new condition in its original factory box. Unfortunately, we could not get it to work. It was very disappointing. It was exactly what we wanted. All the pipework was exactly the same as our existing water heater which made the installation very easy. Vitotrees were very helpful. They responded to all messages. We returned it and received a full refund. Obviously vitotrees are an honest professional company. Thank you vitotrees.
