Advertised as UK stock which encouraged me to buy, this was a lie I had to wait 12days for delivery from China. Contacted seller and after debate refund agreed. Now refund terms subject to posting back to China, receipt and inspection of item by seller, who knows full well it can't be in the return pack because it wasn't delivered. I RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

item that arrived was not a Makita I contacted them straight away and they sent me a return label. They issued a full refund. Every thing took along time to arrive and issue of the refund but they did email me to tell me things would take time . Satisfactory outcome but could have been avoided if they sent me what was advertised and listed in there description in the first place

Item not as described. Although brand new It's not a Makita angle grinder, it's a poor quality cheap copy & only takes 100mm discs unless you remove the safety guard for bigger discs. Delivery time was awful. On the plus side communication from the seller was good & money was refunded after item was returned. Just a complete waste of time for both parties which could have been easily avoided if it was advertised correctly in the first place as I wouldn't have bought it
