    I’ve put my experience to positive as the seller was fantastic in what I needed to do as the product didn’t arrive due to the courier, delivering to the wrong address, good communication and was kept updated throughout and fully refunded by the seller The product was a good price for the few jobs I needed to do but unfortunately had to purchase at a lot more cost.The seller was let down by the courier.     on delivery it was not the one i purchased , the holding bands in its box had been cut out and the oxford lock had been changed, the lock i was sent did not have "OXFORD " then a space "HD MAX" straight across one surface. I wonder if it had been used. ? i am not happy .
