  Arrived damaged with a hole in the side. Company offered me a discount of £5.00 to keep it which they then upped to an even more insulting £9.00 to keep the item. All I want is a full refund because I shouldn't be expected to keep a damaged Item. It was advertised as new but they said that I got a return which is not WHAT I PAID FOR. Lucky there is not a no star option. I expect this to be returned to them F.O.C
