    Arrived quickly and suitably packed. HP were most unhelpful with ink supplies and the vendor went to great lengths to facilitate the issue of cartridges under the Instant Ink system. He really did go above and beyond what I expected to achieve the best possible result and get HP to deliver. The end result is an excellent efficient, smart looking printer at a very reasonable cost. Five stars for his communications too which has not come up as an option.

    The printer was good but didn't arrive on the date it was promised. The seller offered a refund but the trouble of packaging it and taking it to the post offices is a difficult task besides Iam not home right now and it would have been 2 more weeks before i could have sent it back. So I have decided to keep it and set it up when i get back. Thanks for offering the refund though.

    Printer arrived well packaged. Late, but that was because of the snow at my end. No post got in for the best part of a week. Have had some communications with the seller & they have all been good. Quick positive replies.

    Printer arrived in reasonable condition (perfect was not expected as it was pre-owned), but without the power cable as described. Upon contact, the seller was very responsive and helpful and I received the power cable via courier a week later. Although this has caused a slight delay to my set up, I am generally pleased with the transaction and would consider purchasing from them again in the future.
