  Packaged somewhat carelessly. The envelope was open on arrival, no cardboard or protection for the document, and “do not bend” wasn’t on it so of course usps jams it in the mailbox. BUT the item wasn’t damaged and it arrived as described. Thanks.

  So, if it's fine , why the neutral? How is it my fault it was open, or the postman jammed it in your box? The manila envelope was plenty good for folded paper. It was fine to bend. I think you're blaming the wrong guy here. I'm sorry it wasn't to your standards. Thanks
