  The Evri courier quite literally dropped the box into my wheelie bin when he delivered it, I opened the box and a small mounting piece had snapped off the helmet peak. I informed the seller and was told it was my fault for not taking it out of the box correctly..I mean REALLY..!?! I told Evri the courier company and they weren't interested either. Looking at the other negative feedbacks for this seller it may be best to look elsewhere before you buy from here.

  Helmet arrived damaged, I contacted seller and they have basically told me it’s my fault. Absolutely disgusting customer service. The helmet arrives in a thin bag and a box, no other packaging so if it’s dropped in transit it will most probably break. The side screw to hold the visor in place as snapped off and I can’t screw it back on. Despite their faulty policy they are not going to help me. Do not buy from them
