A real shame, this could have had a much happier ending... Customer was contacted the day before this feedback was left and offered a bespoke redesign FOC to address their issues, we have proof... Our offer was ignored/rejected, so customer was refunded in full without having to return the item. Not sure what more we could have done to make things any better or easier? Please see our other feedback for a "more accurate account" of our service ;)

Incredibly frustrating and disappointing - As soon as this valued customer reached out to us with negative feedback we immediately remanufactured the items using carbon-fibre reinforced material and replaced them! Our customers (you guys) are important to us and we take your satisfaction very seriously. Please, if any of you have any issues with anything to do with our service, send a message and you'll get similar treatment!
