    This order was placed in order to have a second set of boots. The quality of the boots, the service and timeliness of their delivery were as exceptional as the first pair. No difficulties were encountered in the transaction - the seller demonstrating competence and efficiency,. There was no need for communication so I did not rate it below.     I was going to return these as they seemed a bit bulky compared to another pair I had but the return postage was too much, so I decided to keep them and use them as a pair of glorified wellies! They're quite nice; seem low quality, though, but good value.

    This order has cost me in total £94.20 (Item £70.00, Postage £8.50 and VAT £15.70). The postage to send to me was £8.50. I have asked to return them because an in correct size was received. Whilst the seller will accept a return I have been instructed to send the item to the USA which is going to cost me £53.00. This means I will have spent a total of £147.20 to receive a refund of £85.70 meaning a loss of £61.50 with no product to show for this. Totally unacceptable.
