    The quality of the item is good, but this buying experience was not positive. Royal Mail charged a £3.10 surcharge because the parcel was incorrectly weighed for a 1kg service. I notified the seller believing she would refund the ‘fine’ and she refused. As she paid for the RM service she needed to sort it with Royal Mail and she would not. It was only £3.20 but I feel it unfair that the seller thought I should pay it. The seller said she was normally ‘fair’ but would not pay for her error.

    The right amount was paid for your item and you fail to add that you threatened me with bad feed back if i didn't sort this out even before i could see what had happend ..then you said that was not the case but you have anyway !!!! its a shame!!!( EBAY DONT STICK UP FOR US SELLERS THAT GET ABUSE FOR SOME BUYERS THIS AS BEEN REPORTED...... Ps im not a she....
