  Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I was looking for a plain pewter tankard to get engraved locally with over 150 characters. I ordered the plain tankard Sat evening. Sun morning received a message asking if I wanted it engraving for no extra cost. I was sent a proof which I then corrected as I had made a grammatical error (me not them!!) received a 2nd proof and it was engraved and dispatched Sun pm and has arrived Tues am. Very very impressed with the quality and customer service.
