However, this was only apparent after opening so seller wasn’t aware. It was packaged well so obviously hadn’t happened en route. Seller made aware and all sorted amicably.     great quality optical paper. somehow, the manufacturer packaging only contained four packs of hama optical paper, not the five there were supposed to be. the seller checked at their end and couldn't see anything missing so offered a generous partial refund. they earned their five stars for sure! very happy with end result - would buy from them again!
