  I phoned prior to ordering to enquire about delivery timeframes and was told if I ordered before the courier came my order would be monitored and processed immediately and sent straight out for next day delivery, the guy on the phone could'nt be nicer or more helpful. 23 hours later I had my new Preston duratech softshell in my hands. The fastest delivery and best service from an ebay shop in 20 years of using it. A*** seller, I can't recommend highly enough!!!!

  Item finally received because of very poor service from DHL who failed to deliver twice then said it had been delivered and signed for when in fact it had not been signed for at all but was still in there depot. I contacted the seller (Westwood Lakes) who were very sorry to hear i was being messed around by DHL. I would buy from Westwood again in the future but only if they agreed to use a different delivery company.
