I ordered a tyre which unfortunately arrived with a fault . Initially this was very frustrating, especially after incurring a £20 fitting cost. However, once the issue was raised, it was dealt with in a fair and professional manner. Both the tyre cost and the additional fitting charge were refunded, and communication was excellent once the matter was picked up.
