    It came well packed in 4 boxes but we got a phone call to say it would cost another £12 per box so it cost an extra £48 that should of been mentioned before we actually paid for the items it never said plus delivery we thought ebay had this covered so not happy

    Order was for the Highlands of Scotland to which carries courier surcharges. We called customer immediately to confirm these surcharges and offered the option of cancelling if they wished. They decided to proceed with the order in the full knowledge of this point. They could have cancelled and purchased elsewhere if they wanted. That said, additional courier charges to the Highlands would generally be triggered by any retailer.
