  Paid for item 8/20. After 5 days, no ship, wrote seller, no response, wrote again, no response. Asked to cancel order, seller refused but did do label. Finally shipped and when I received, it was shattered, broken in pieces, box was undamaged but item was smashed. Asked for refund and seller said yes. Still had to get Ebay involved to actually get refund. I don't know why they did me like this.
