The product is of very good quality, but the seller is completely uncommunicative. I wrote to them several times, but they never responded. They also issue the shipping label the day after purchase, but it takes over a week to ship the product. Because of these reasons, I can't give them positive feedback.

This seller does not ship quickly and has terrible communication skills. I waited weeks and then opened a case. Seller told me they would refund me and then I needed to re-order the item. I did that, and it shipped quickly. Weeks later I received the product AGAIN on the original refunded order and this seller is confused about why this is not a good experience. And of course they demanded I return the second cable with no shipping label provided. I'm being nice by leaving neutral feedback.
