Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is a patient-led charity that delivers palliative and end of life care to people who have advanced life-limiting illnesses living in North-West Surrey.
Each year we care for around 2,000 patients, their carers and families. Over 80% of our care is delivered across Surrey in the community.
