  Paid for 12 discs, received 4, mailed seller, said they'd look into it, heard nothing else, after mailing to say I would get eBay involved the discs arrived, very poor communication, almost zero, not a good way to run a business. Besides that the discs are very poor quality, advertised as Britas, they are fakes, nowhere near as good as Britas discs, they are very slow, take a ridiculous length of time to fill a carafe. Won't repurchase and don't recommend.
