    I never got the product, but I got refunded the money. Unfortunate situation, which probably was not the sellers fault.

    We are so sorry about that. A claim has been filed against the courier SEUR GEOPOST for the lost package. We are waiting for them to find the package or compensate us (it can take up to 30 days). Please understand that's an uncomfortable situation for us. We send our orders daily and we just want things to go smoothly. We've had many recent bad experiences with that courier company and we are no longer working with them.
