I placed the order, and then got a response almost instantly that unfortunately he was out for a couple of days, but the flies would be sent with an extra one to make up for the delay! It was no skin off my back, the flies were dispatched 3-4 days later, with an extra one in an different colour! They were even willing to change three of the flies for another different colour for me! Really impressed with the customer service here! 10 stars!
