  Coat arrived safely. Delivery took 8 days despite tracking information being provided day after purchase. When chased with seller they stated Royal Mail hadn't collected one of their mail bags on the Friday. Royal mail confirmed receipt of the item after I chased the seller, then it arrived within the expected 48 hrs. Item as described, in great condition for age. Well packaged. Reasonably priced.   The figurine is as described in a good condition. Packaging was very good, she was wrapped in plenty of plastic and foam in the box så no damages. Postage seems fair considering she was shipped to Denmark. Good value for money I’ll be a customer here again.

  I’m a returning customer & have always been very pleased with my purchases & the service of this seller. My item was as described & in great condition but tbh I was disappointed that there was not more care taken in his packaging, he had no protection in his shipping box except a small piece of brown paper at his feet & maybe 5 packing peanuts.
