  Item and experience was awful. Ordered for a birthday, birthdate was wrong. Item came ripped, and I even had to pay extra postage as they hadnt paid enough. Item price was refunded, but nothing done about the extra I was forced to pay, nor was a replacement sent. Communication is terrible, one response from them offering something else from their shop, but no refunding of the extra postage or a replacement, even after advice from eBay. A week since I last messaged, and still no putting it right.
