  Ebay and courier told me item had been delivered and posted tracking details of delivery to my house .as I was in at the time and no card had been left or proof of delivery with photo .I challenged this and now seller as been intouch with courier who as admitted not delivering my item .I have been offered a refund off seller and I have been treated like a liar and a thief . I am neither . I am losing confidence buying off ebay and having to prove things when courier is the thief and liar .

  The supplier and product were excellent. Unfortunately the delivery they used was 1 hr and 20 minutes late, I was out and the item was left in the recycling wheely bin with only a text saying it was near the front door .
